Zen Garden - A Relaxing Puzzle (“Zen Garden”) is made by Ocho B.V., registered in the Netherlands under company number 96531665, with its registered office in Bussum.

The app

Zen Garden is licensed to you through the App Store under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms add only what is particular to Zen Garden. Where they differ, Apple’s agreement applies.

The Whole Garden

The first 27 gardens are free. The Whole Garden is a one-time purchase that opens every garden after the first 27, for as long as the app is available to you. It is not a subscription. Apple processes the payment and shows the price before you buy. You can share The Whole Garden with your family through Family Sharing, and restore it on your devices from the menu (Menu › App › Restore purchases). Refunds are handled by Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your gardens

Your progress is kept on your device and, while iCloud sync is on, in your own iCloud. Start over deletes it. How we handle information is described in the privacy policy: https://zengarden.so/privacy.
